The main thing that you always stay young is to always youthful, passionate, humorous and confident. If you always feel young, you will stay young.
2. Develop interests and hobbies
Develop interests and hobbies that you enjoy will make you always eager to live. Hobbies and interests of each person different and very diverse, ranging from fishing, playing golf, carpentry, to keep pets. Find the most makes you happy do it.
3. Mingling and socially active
Relationships and social activities make you not feel lonely and have a meaning in life. If you’re busy thinking about yourself, you might even be easy to depression and imprisoned by your own problems. Surround yourself with people who are optimistic and cheerleaders. Stay away from the complainers who just makes your life seem narrow.
4. Healthy and balanced nutrition
A good diet makes you healthier and more easily protected from the flu, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes and others. Keep your weight by extending eat vegetables and fruits, less fatty foods and high calorie. Consider taking vitamin supplements (especially C and E) and antioxidants.
5. Sports
Sports is very important for health (see the benefits of exercise 7). Exercise regularly to combine flexibility exercises, aerobic and weight. Beristilahatlah enough after exercise.
6. Stop smoking
By not smoking means that you really reduce the risk of heart disease, lung cancer and many other dangerous diseases.
7. Brain Activity
The ability of the brain usually decreases due to aging, especially short-term memory capacity (where was the key?) And ability to concentrate / focus. You also become easily confused and angry. It’s important to keep your brain’s ability to stay fit. Games like puzzles, computer games and other good to train your brain. You may also consider to take courses, learn languages and new skills to keep your brain challenged.
